After I graduated with my Masters in Teaching, my wife, Marvelle, and I got married and we moved to New Rochelle, NY, where I was a Residence Hall Director and Adjunct Instructor of English at Iona College. Following my passion for education and helping others succeed, I then spent four years as a middle school English Language Arts teacher in the South Bronx. Always up for a new challenge, I started my real estate career at Anchor Associates in midtown Manhattan, where I learned a lot about customer service and hard work. After my wife and I moved to Croton-on-Hudson in 2012, I was lucky enough to sign on at Houlihan Lawrence. I now get to spend my time helping people find the homes of their dreams, which is a pretty good gig.

Nathan was a real asset in helping my husband and I find and purchase our first home. He exhibited true patience over the months and months of searching and never failed to respond to us promptly. He was very thorough and we felt like we really had someone leading our team through the closing process. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Nate is great. I am just beginning to look but he has tirelessly shown me many houses in Croton to give me the feel for what might be available, where I'll be happiest, what the price range is, and other important considerations (like how far the walk would be to the school, the town, or to the train from various houses). I wanted to know what the commute would be like from NY, and so Nate very graciously agreed to meet me at the train station -- even rebooking times for showings when, because of subway problems in the city, I had to take a later train than we had originally planned. He just goes the extra mile. I recommend him very highly. Outstanding!
(I'm just beginning to look and am not at the negotiation stage yet so I don't personally know on 'negotiation' or 'process,' but the app made me say something. My guess is that he'll be excellent. )

I worked with Nate on a house search this past spring. We got close to moving forward on a couple different properties, but the sales ended up falling through (no fault of Nate's!). I've put my search on hold for now, so "currently working together" was the most accurate category above.
Throughout the process, Nate was very engaged and worked enthusiastically on my behalf. I don't think I was the easiest client to work with -- I changed my mind a few times about the type of house I was looking for, and expanded my search to a much larger area than I'd planned. Nate adapted without hesitation, continuing to send me listings for houses that met my criteria, and making himself available to fit my schedule for showings. As issues arose, Nate took initiative to find out information for me and to negotiate solutions in my interest.
If you're looking for a realtor in Westchester, I'd recommend Nate in a second. He knows his stuff, and he'll take good care of you!

Wanted to thank you all for a fantastic job. This wasn't exactly a
straight line process but Nate really handled it in stride. Wanted to make
sure you all knew over there how appreciative Em and I both were with
Nate's efforts and follow through he went above and beyond. Thanks so much
again and hope to see you all around town!
